Ingredients:

  • 1 portion of ready-to-eat grilled eel (packed) slice it with same size of nori (seaweed)
  • 6 piece nori ( seaweed)
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 pck teriyaki sauce (i think normally within grilled eel pack)

Directions:

  1. Place SUSHI mat, and 1 pcs Nori, and half cup sushi rice, and spread it over but, leave 1 inch of Nori edge
  2. Put 1/6 shredded eel, cucumber and rub some teriyaki sauce and mayonnaise
  3. Roll it over to the Nori edge and cut them one bite size pcs
