Grilled Eel Sushi

Japanese seaweed roll (NORIMAKI) with Grilled Eel (UNAGI) and cucumber. Sounds weird but taste very nice!
Ingredients:
1 portion of ready-to-eat grilled eel (packed) slice it with same size of nori (seaweed)
3 cups sushi rice - steamed sushi rice mixed with rice vinegar and sugar (check it recipe for making this)
6 pcs nori (seaweed)
6 pcs sliced cucumber
4 tbs mayonnaise
1 pck teriyaki sauce (i think normally within grilled eel pack)
Directions:
1. Place SUSHI mat, and 1 pcs Nori, and half cup sushi rice, and spread it over but, leave 1 inch of Nori edge
2. Put 1/6 shredded eel, cucumber and rub some teriyaki sauce and mayonnaise
3. Roll it over to the Nori edge and cut them one bite size pcs
