Grilled Citrus Steak

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. In a bowl combine all wet ingredients. Pour 1 cup of the marinade into a resealable plastic bag. Add steak and marinate 6-8 hours, turning bag occasoinally.
  2. Grill steak to desired level of doneness, basting occasionally with the reserved marinade.
