Grilled Chili Lime Salmon

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In the 1 gallon resealable food storage bag, mix all but salmon.
  2. Add salmon, seal bag and turn to coat.
  3. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes to marinate.
  4. Turn bag once or twice to get the marinade all over.
  5. MEANWHILE******
  6. Heat gas or charcoal grill.
  7. When grill is heated, carefully oil grill rack.
  8. Remove salmon from marinade; discard marinade.
  9. Place salmon skin side down on gas gril over medium heat or on a charcoal grill over medium coals; cover grill.
  10. Cook 10 - 14 minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork.
  11. Garnish with fresh lime slices.
  12. Enjoy!!
