  1. Mix together, marinate in frig for one hour. No longer then 1 1/2 hours. Cook chicken. Cut into small pieces. Filling: 3 slices bacon finely chopped. 1 cup finely chopped poblano peppers. 1 cup chopped onions. 3/4 cup chopped cilantro. Juice of one lime. 1/2 cup freshly grated mozzarella. Cook bacon, chili, onion. Add chicken, cilantro, lime juice. Stir constantly until chicken is hot. Add cheese, let melt.
