  1. Baked Sweet Potato:.
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Scrub potato and prick with fork in 4 or 5 places.
  4. Bake in oven for about 45 minutes depending upon size.
  5. When finished cooking, let potato stand approximately 1-2 minutes.
  6. Split, sprinkle with cinnamon and serve.
  7. Grilled Chicken:.
  8. Preheat either grill or broiler.
  9. Rinse and pat dry chicken.
  10. Whisk olive oil and spices together in a pie plate or small platter.
  11. Add chicken and coat.
  12. If possible, cover and let marinate, refrigerated, for 30 minutes.
  13. Reserve marinade.
  14. Grill or broil chicken, approximately 6-8 inches from heat source for 5-7 minutes.
  15. Turn and baste with remaining marinade.
  16. Cook an additional 5-6 minutes or until inside is no longer pink.
  17. Fresh Broccoli.
  18. Rinse and chop broccoli.
  19. Steam until just tender.
