Grilled Avocado on Toast (Martha Stewart)

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 slices bread, thick
  • 4 slices parmesan cheese , slice
  • 4 ham slices, thin (optional)

Directions:

  1. Peel avocado, brush with line juice and olive oil. Slice bread, brush with olive oil. Grill both just long enough to get grill marks. Top bread with parmesan, place ham slice next, then mash avocado on top. Salt to taste. Serve immediately.
