Ingredients:

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • creole seasoning (tony chachere's, zatarain's, or any kind of season salt that contains salt, cayenne pepper, black pe)

Directions:

  1. Wash asparagus and break off any brown or tough bottoms of the stalk.
  2. Drizzle in olive oil, coat with creole seasoning to taste.
  3. Grill for 5 minutes or so, until tender. Cook longer if you like it crispier.
