  • 8 tbsp onion
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 28 oz tomato
  • 3/4 cup rice
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 large green peppers
  • 2 tbsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Brown meat
  2. Add all ingredients
  3. Bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes
