Green Beans in Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 (6 oz) can tomato paste
  • 1 (15 oz) can french style green beans (2 cans or fresh cooked may also be used)

Directions:

  1. Saute onion until tender.
  2. Add tomato paste, allow to simmer with onion for a minute or so.
  3. Add cooked green beans and some green bean juice if paste is too thick.
  4. Cook for about 10-15 minutes.
