Directions:

  1. Cook green beans crisp tender or as desired
  2. Rinse under cold water
  3. Drain, cut into pieces
  4. Place in bowl with onions, bell pepper, parsley, garlic and ginger
  5. Simply splash on extra virgin olive oil, salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
