Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Savory Dip: Mix together greek yogurt, cream cheese, feta cheese, and garlic. Allow to sit at least 3 hours to meld flavors. Shred cucumbers over a paper towel and salt and pepper to taste. Allow cucumber to sit for 15 minutes to absorb some of the moisture. Mix cucumber into dip. Eat on fiber crackers, veggies, meat, or by itself.
  2. Sweet Dip: Blend together greek yogurt, cream cheese, Cool Whip, and pudding. Sometimes I add milk depending on the thickness I desire at the time. Eat with fruit or by itself.
