Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. For the filling , mix everything and set aside .
  2. With 1/2 C warm water mix the sugar and the yeast .
  3. Cover and set aside until it becoems frothy .
  4. Make a well in the centre of the flour .
  5. Add the yeast mixture and enough warm water to bind a soft dough .
  6. Add 1 tbsp butter and knead for 5 mins .
  7. Cover with a damp cloth and set aside for 1 hour .
  8. Knead again and make 10 balls .
  9. Flatten each ball and put 1 tsp of filling inside and press to seal it .
  10. Keep on a greased plate , leaving space inbetween and cover it with damp cloth . Set aside .
  11. Pre heat oven to 200 deg .
  12. Bake for 8 to 10 mins .
  13. Serve hot with butter and sauce .
