Greek Meatloaf With Feta

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup finely crushed cracker
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, stir the spices and crushed crackers into the ground beef.
  2. Stir the eggs into the milk, stir into meat mixture.
  3. Mix in the feta cheese and press into a 9x13 pan.
  4. Cover loosely with foil.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes,at 350, drain.
  6. Resume baking without foil for 15 minutes or until done.
