Greek Bean Salad Tried And True

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Rinse beans then place in pot with water to cover by 2 inches.
  2. Bring to boil then partly cover and simmer for 2 hours.
  3. Let cool then stir in lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, mint and onion.
  4. Serve at room temperature or chill for one hour.
