Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (18 oz) package yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix pumpkin, milk, eggs and sugar.
  2. Add spice.
  3. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with dry cake mix and drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Top with walnuts.
  6. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  7. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
