Great Pumpkin Bread Or Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups (210g) flour
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 cup (200 g) sugar
  • 1 tblsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup (1/4 litre) pumpkin pie filling
  • 1/2 cup (1 dl ) vegtable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar (a little more to sprinkle on top)
  • butter to line the loaf pan and put on top of bread

Directions:

  1. Pre heat oven to 350
  2. Mix all of the dry ingredients together
  3. Add in wet ingredients
  4. Butter your loaf pan of muffin tin
  5. Pour into pan of choice
  6. Put little balls of butter on top
  7. Sprinkle with brown sugar
  8. If making muffins bake for 30 minutes
  9. If making bread bake for 60 minutes
