Ingredients:

  • 5 cups flour
  • 1 lb lard
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4-1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients together and then mix in lard in chunks, using a fork or hand pastry blender.
  2. Add milk.
  3. Continue working with fork until just blended.
  4. Roll out and fill pie plates as needed.
