Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400. Grease 9 inch pan.
  2. Combine dry ingredients. Add milk, egg whites and oil. Stir until just combined.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
