Directions:

  1. Cut bread in half long ways.
  2. Cut into serving size pieces 4 or 5 each half.
  3. In a bowl mix butter and garlic.
  4. Spread on each slice.
  5. Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese.
  6. Broil until toasted.
