Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp molasses
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Make powder from 1/2 c oats and 1/4 c pumpkin seeds. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir well. Form into 1 inch balls. Roll in powder. Freeze.
