Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a soup kettle, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, drain.
  2. Add the potatoes, water, salt and pepper; bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  4. Stir in milk, corn, and parsley; cook for 5 minutes or until heated through.
  5. Add a small amount of hot soup to sour cream.
  6. Gradually return all to pan, stirring constantly.
