Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, beat eggs and add milk. Add beef and Italian sausage. Mix together. Add rest of ingredients and mix until combined. Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350°F. for 15 minutes. Add to crock pot.
  2. Sauce
  3. 1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  4. 1 6 oz. can tomato paste
  5. 1 small onion chopped
  6. 1/2 C. green pepper
  7. 1/2 C. beef broth
  8. 1/3 C. water
  9. 2 garlic cloves minced
  10. 1 t. oregano
  11. 1 t. salt
  12. 1 t. sugar
  13. 1/2 t. pepper
  14. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour over the meatballs.
  15. Cover and cook on Low for 4 - 5 hours
