Grandma's Homemade Taco Shells

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups cornmeal
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp shortening
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 3/4 cups water

Directions:

  1. Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour thin layer in greased, round pan until golden on both sides.
