Ingredients:

  • 4 cups diced apples (6 or 7 smaller apples)
  • 4 eggs , unbeaten
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/3 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup walnuts

Directions:

  1. Combine apples, eggs, sugar, cooking oil, and vanilla. set aside.
  2. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add to wet mixture.
  4. Add nuts.
  5. Pour into well-greased 13x9 pan or bundt pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 or more minutes.
