Grandma Wilcox Corn Oysters

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Spoon into hot oil in skillet.
  3. Fry till browned on both sides.
  4. Serve with lots of butter.
