Grandma Phyllis' Holiday Cranberry Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 (10 oz) container indian trail cranberry orange frozen relish (sometimes hard to find. look for it with the frozen fruit around thanksgiving and keep it in the fre)
  • 2 (3 oz) boxes cranberry jello gelatin or 2 (3 oz) boxes cherry jell-o

Directions:

  1. Break up Indian Trail relish and cranberry sauce with a fork, mix together well.
  2. In a separate bowl, make jello with 2 1/2°C boiling water.
  3. Pour jello over relish mixture in a 9 x 13 pan. Stir until combined.
  4. Refrigerate until jello starts to set up, then add a layer of mini marshmallows on top.
  5. Return to refrigerator until completely set up.
