Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Combine gooseberries and 1/4 cup sugar in a saucepan and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, until gooseberries are soft.
  3. Combine oats, flour and oil with a fork until well mixed.
  4. Add brown sugar and nuts to crumble mix and combine using fork.
  5. Spoon stewed gooseberries into 6 ramekins then top each with crumble mix.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the tops are golden brown.
