Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine flour, sugar and beaten egg.
  3. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  4. Stir in peanuts.
  5. Reserving 2 cups crumb mixture, press remaining mixture on bottom of 13x9 baking pan.
  6. Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
  7. Meanwhile, with mixer, beat sweetened condensed milk with peanut butter and vanilla.
  8. Spread over prepared crust; top with reserved crumb mixture Bake 25 minutes longer or until lightly browned.
  9. Cool.
  10. Cut into bars.
  11. Store covered at room temperature.
