Golden-Crusted Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash srpouts well. Trip the stem ends and remove any outer leaves. Cut in half from stem to top and run each with olive oil.
  2. Heat 1 TBS of oil in large skillet over medium heat. (don't overheat)
  3. Place sprouts flat side down - sprknile with salt, cover and cook for roughtly 5 minute. Bottoms should show only hint of browning.
  4. Once tender uncover turn up heat and cook until the flat sides are deep brown and carmalized. Season with more slat, a few frings of peper and a dusting of cheese.
