Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soften butter.
  2. Cream butter, egg and sugar.
  3. Add soda, salt and xanthan gum.
  4. Mix in flour.
  5. Add raisins, chocolate and white chocolate.
  6. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 8 minutes at 350.
