Gluten Free Oatmeal Peanut Sunflower Dark Choc Chunk Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. In your mixer cream oil and butter with peanut butter and sugar using the paddle attachment.
  3. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl combine all dry ingredients then add to mixer.
  5. Blend with dark choc chunks, chopped peanuts and sunflower seeds.
  6. Bake for 10 min and check for doneness. These will overcook very fast!
