  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees
  2. In Kitchen-aid mixing bowl add milk and bloom plain gelatin for 5 minutes
  3. Add remaining ingredients and beat on low for about 1 minute
  4. Turn up to high speed and let mix a minte until thick
  5. Turn batter into heated and buttered 9 inch cask iron skillet
  6. Bake at 400 degrees for 22 minute or until a fork comes clean
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes cut into 8 pieces and serve
