Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put 3/4 cup olive oil into a skillet.
  2. Put in 3 chopped up garlic cloves.
  3. Add basil leaves.
  4. Add all vegetables except asparagus and cook until semi-soft.
  5. Cook for approximately one minute.
  6. Cook italian sweet sausage in a separate skillet and drain.
  7. Add meat to original skillet and add marsala wine.
  8. Cook approximately one minute.
  9. Add tomato sauce and asparagus and cook for one minute.
  10. Cook penne noodles with two teaspoons of olive oil.
  11. Serve over the penne noodles and sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.
