Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place ribs bone side down in a large roasting pan.
  2. Combine garlic powder, lemon/pepper and salt, sprinkle over ribs.
  3. Top with chopped onion and minced garlic.
  4. Cover tightly and bake 350 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  5. In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  6. Drain fat from pan.
  7. Brush ribs with half of the barbecue sauce.
  8. Cover and bake 30 minutes longer or until ribs are tender.
  9. Serve with remaining sauce.
  10. ENJOY!
