Glazed Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 3 (15 oz) cans sweet potatoes, drained
  • 2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Drain sweet potatoes.
  2. Cut into smaller chunks and place them in a 4-5 quart slow cooker.
  3. Add butter, brown sugar, orange juice, salt, cinnamon and stir well.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
