Ingredients:

  • 32 oz. baby carrots
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Place carrots in saucepan;add 1 in. of water. bring to boil. reduce heat; cover and cook for 8-10 min. or until crisp tender. drain and set aside. in same pan, combine remaining ingredients until blended. add carrots. cook and stir over med. heat for 5 min.
