Ingredients:

  • 1 packages 16 oz. fresh baby carrots or cut regular size carrots into smaller pieces.
  • 1/4 cup. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 cup. packed brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Place carrots in a saucepan; add 1 inch of water.
  2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  3. Drain and set aside. I
  4. N the same pan, combine butter, brown sugar and salad dressing mix until blended.
  5. Add carrots.
  6. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until glazed.
