Ingredients:

  • 1 liter milk
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Heat and mix all of the ingredients except the nutmeg.
  2. Froth and dispense into 4 mugs. Sprinkle with grated nutmeg if desired.
