Ginger-Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes

Directions:

  1. Mix the the first 4 ingredients toss in tomatoes and scallions and chill 1/2 hour then serve.
