Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 oz) can pumpkin
  • 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the first seven ingredients; beat on low until smooth.
  2. Place eight ungreased 4-oz. custard cups in two 8-inch square baking pans.
  3. Fill each cup with 1/2 cup of pumpkin mixture.
  4. Pour hot water around cups into the pans to a depth of 1 inch.
  5. Bake at 325°F for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from pans to cool on wire racks.
  7. Before serving, top each with dollops of whipped topping in the shape of a ghost; add chocolate chips for eyes.
