Gg's Spicy Marinated Shrimp

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook shrimp in boiling water until pink.
  2. Transfer to a large bowl of ice water.
  3. Drain shrimp well.
  4. Whisk together oil and next 6 ingredients.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Pour marinade over the shrimp and toss to coat.
  7. Layer shrimp, lemon slices and onion in a large glass bowl.
  8. Pour aby remaining marinade over.
  9. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours.
