Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400.
  2. Sauté the bacon until just clear. Drain most of the fat from the pan.
  3. Add the onions and sauté until they are clear. Do not brown them. Set aside to cool.
  4. Beat the eggs and sour cream together in a medium bowl. Sprinkle flour over the top and bet inches Stir in salt and pepper.
  5. Prick the bottom of the pie shell several times with a fork.
  6. Spread the onions and bacon over the dough in the pie pan. Pour the sour cream mixture over the top.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for another 15 minutes or until the pie is nicely browned. Serve hot.
