Gateau a la cassonade de Jeanne D'Arc

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp beurre
  • 2 blanc d'oeufs
  • 1 cup cassonade
  • 1 cup cassonade
  • 1 1/2 cup farine ou 2 tasse
  • glacage
  • 3/4 cup lait
  • 3 tsp poudre a pate
  • 1/2 tsp sel
  • 1/4 tsp soda
  • 1/2 tsp vanille
  • 1/2 tsp vanille

Directions:

  1. Defaire le beurre en creme
  2. Ajouter la cassonade, les oeufs bien battus
  3. Melanger les ingredients secs, les incorporer au melange en alternant avec le lait.
  4. Cuire au four 375F.
  5. GLACAGE
  6. Monter les blancs d'oeufs en neige, ajouter les autres ingredients et lorsque le gateau est cuit, le decorer de ce glacage et remettre au four 5 minutes.
