Ingredients:

  • 1 (1/4 oz) package yeast
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 cups grilled chicken , cut into thin strips

Directions:

  1. Crust: Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. Add flour, oil, salt and sugar.
  3. Stir together to form dough.
  4. I have used either my dough hook or bread machine for this.
  5. Let dough rest 20 minutes.
  6. Divide in half and press each into a 12 inch pizza pan.
  7. Prick all over with a fork, bake at 425°F for 8 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter.
  9. Spread ranch dressing over butter and sprinkle with garlic, chicken and cheese.
  10. I like to add just a little cheddar with the mozzarella.
  11. Put back in oven until desired doneness.
