Garlicky Broccoli Rabe

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil the Broccoli Rabe in salted water until crisp
  2. Drain and shock in an ice bath in a bowl
  3. Drain Broccoli Rabe very well
  4. Heat olive oil in pan with red and black pepper and crushed garlicll
  5. Saute the Rabe in the olive oil garlic for about 3 minutes
  6. Munch away!
