Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put butter or olive oil in a small sauce pan and let the butter melt.
  2. Add the garlic, salt and pepper, let cook a couple of minutes to soften. Don't brown it.
  3. Add parsley mix thoroughly.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool a few minutes.
  5. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium high heat.
  6. Using a pastry brush, brush one side (or both sides) of the bread with the butter/oil-garlic mixture.
  7. Put in the pan about 2 minutes checking to see if it toasts to the color you like.
