Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix the olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic together.
  3. Toss the potatoes in the oil mixture.
  4. Spray a baking sheet with Pam and dump the potatoes onto it. Make sure that they are in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 1 hour (flipping once halfway through).
