Fire Roasted Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and quarter tomatoes.
  2. Peel garlic and cut in half.
  3. Toss first 5 ingredients together.
  4. Place on foil on medium- hot grill.
  5. Cook until tomatoes are soft and browning, turning to insure even cooking.
  6. Remove from grill, Pour into bowl.
  7. Top with chopped herbs
  8. Sprinkle vinegar over mixture.
  9. Serve warm.
