Garlic-Lime Swordfish

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tsp lime zest
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine juice, zest, oil, paste, garlic, salt, sugar, and pepper.
  2. Marinate fish for at least 3 hours.
  3. Broil for 5-7 minutes on each side.
